About Cindy
My sister and I grew up in a small mountain community west​ of Denver. Our closest friends were miles away, so we had to learn how to be sisters and best friends! With no fighting. We spent aa LOT of time outside, and our ponies were our constant companions and playmates (I started riding at age four and was a 4-H honorary member at age six!). Our beautiful 10-Acre mountain property had SO many places to explore... all of the interesting rock formations and uniquely shaped trees became a fortress and sanctuary for us.

Fast forward many years ... I never would have dreamed that these rocks and trees - my childhood playground - would have such real-life meaning. And, that my childhood love and admiration for horses would become a lifelong passion, and the enduring foundation of my life's journey.

Today, much of my work centers around utilizing the gift of being in nature and the healing grounding presence of horses, as a foundation for helping you develop the self-leadership skills that will translate to EVERY area of your life.

Cindy holds a Bachelor of Music Education and a MA in Organizational Management. She has spent over 30 years building teams and talent systems in the water industry, specializing in workforce and leadership development. She is also an expert in the design and delivery of experiential leadership competency development programs, including equine-assisted programs, for individuals and teams.
